Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The website pipmissions.com is operated by, and your purchase is made from:

Payments, sales tax where applicable, and receipts are handled by Stripe. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

2. What we sell

We sell digital content: a personalized, printable detective game delivered as PDF files. After payment we generate the files for the name you entered at checkout and send them to you by email. You print them at home or at a print shop. We do not ship anything and we do not deliver any physical goods.

Episode 1 ยท Activation includes a 13-page agent case file designed for black-and-white printing on US Letter paper, a parent guide, and the Mission Map poster. You can optionally add a second file for a sibling, generated for the sibling's own name.

3. How an order works

You place an order by entering your child's first name, age, and how they go by, clicking the order button, and paying in Stripe Checkout. The purchase is complete when your payment goes through. Your order confirmation arrives by email together with the files.

We use the child's name exactly as you typed it; it feeds the ciphers and codes in the game. We can't fix a typo automatically, but email us and we'll regenerate the file at no charge.

4. Price and payment

Episode 1 costs $12.99. A sibling file for the same mission costs $5.99. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach us and we never store them.

5. Delivery

The file is generated automatically right after payment. The email with the files usually arrives within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours. Besides the attachments, the email also contains backup download links that stay valid for 30 days.

If the email hasn't arrived in 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then write to us. We'll handle your order by hand.

6. Our money-back guarantee

This is digital content that's delivered immediately, so it can't be "returned." Instead, we give you our own guarantee, and we mean it: if the mission doesn't grab your child, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full price. No questions, no forms. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, no later than 14 days after your message.

7. Problems with the files

If the files won't open, are damaged, or show a different name than the one you entered, email us at [email protected]. We'll sort it out as fast as we can, and no later than 30 days. In most cases we simply generate and send a new file.

8. What you need on your end

To play you need an email inbox, a device that opens PDF files, and a printer (black and white is fine) or access to a print shop. The game needs no app, no account, and no internet connection for the child.

9. Disputes

If you're unhappy with how we handled a problem, you can pursue the remedies available to you under the consumer protection laws of your state. But let's try email first; it's usually faster for both of us.

10. Copyright

The case file, illustrations, and texts are our original work. Your purchase gives you the right to print and use them at home, for your own family, as many times as you like. You may not resell, publish, or distribute them. If you'd like to use the game in a school, library, or at an event, email us and we'll work something out.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the place where you live. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you placed your order always applies to that order.
